We're *still* struggling with that one.Rosemary Riveterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09114557203546642161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11449131.post-1156196622178544912006-08-21T21:43:00.000+00:002006-08-21T21:43:00.000+00:00Welcome back! I think the most I've ever managed was 14 and it was more like slow jogging than 'running.' I'm always afraid I'm going to blow out my knees since they seem to be permanently damaged from my super morbidly obese days.

I think painting an entire basement counts as exercise. And lifting all those books could be counted as weight-lifting, as long as there were lots of hardbacks :)Jennette Fuldahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16472979135701418121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11449131.post-1156174965424693252006-08-21T15:42:00.000+00:002006-08-21T15:42:00.000+00:00There she is! I've been studiously not harrassing you because I know that you have the whole new husband/new house thing going on.

I'm glad you're settling okay. Hey, if it makes you feel any better, I've been in my house nearly ten years now and I still haven't managed to get the whole thing repainted. My bookshelf organization strategy has little acquanitence with that new-fangled concept called "the alphabet." If the books are actually on the shelves, I call it a win.

I've been getting back to the gym after doing only walking and yoga for the past six months, and it's tough. last week was getting back into a cardio routine. This week I start adding in weights.

Good luck on the job front. I'll be sending "Hire K vibes" in the direction of Scotland.BethKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13917043780972708401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11449131.post-1156167482928155552006-08-21T13:38:00.000+00:002006-08-21T13:38:00.000+00:00Hello guys!I'm writing this... from work. The new job is all of five minutes from my old gym, so I'm going to try to go sometime this week. I can pay for individual sessions while I'm working out whether or not to rejoin permanently: no more excuses!

And I'm going to try to update twice a week. There, I've said it. ;)Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14530845147391401083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11449131.post-1155957343694402532006-08-19T03:15:00.000+00:002006-08-19T03:15:00.000+00:00Hi K. I'm sorry about the gloomy periods, but hopefully things are close to getting back to a good place.

As far as getting back to the gym, I bet it will be difficult, but I bet it won't take long to get back to the place you were in. Your plan sounds great, so let us know how it goes!Future Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09159116814887852763noreply@blogger.com
